Assistant Product Manager (Skincare)

The Ideal Candidate will:
  • Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI’s
  • Lead business analytics – consumer profiling, sales analysis, market share analysis & competitor reviews to interpret & strengthen brand strategic plans & objectives
  • Develop integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership
  • Develop & Lead digital & social media strategies to increase brand engagement
  • Develop & drive brand merchandising guidelines & adhered across all different retail channel distribution
  • Manage brand A&P, P&L, forecasting and optimize brand investments
  • Be “hands on“ and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales team, finance and operations to achieve brand objectives
  • Great interpersonal & communication skills

Requirements
  • University degree in marketing or related business
  • FMCG experience critical to success with at least 3-5 years in a reputable FMCG company managing a brand
  • Priority & preferably the candidate has experience managing SKINCARE brand
  • Strategic mindset, analytical & insights driven to create opportunities
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, bi-lingual (English & Mandarin)
  • Team player, self – confident with strong leadership qualities
  • Independent & Innovative, multi-task and good time management skills
