Sales Manager Banking

 Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

What are my responsibilities?
Identify and develop opportunities for assigned projects/accounts as appropriate
Understand customer business case, develops and executes sales strategy for assigned projects, including pricing and negotiations strategy
Own the creation and negotiation of the Contract including bringing in operational context and developing win-win situations
Initiation/drafting of bids, assurance of proper technical and contractual handling, coordination of bid development process
Own customer relationship and develops strong and trustful customer relations, understands how customer is organized and is making decisions. Exercises escalation channels in a controlled manner.
Maintain and develop contacts and relationship with customers on all levels and identify important stakeholders
Commercial understanding about financial topics (bonds, escalation, currency, indemnities, liabilities, etc) and cost calculation approaches
Reporting on sales activities in organisation by utilisation and maintainance of existing IT tools such as CRM.

The Ideal Candidate will:
Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI’s
Lead business analytics – consumer profiling, sales analysis, market share analysis & competitor reviews to interpret & strengthen brand strategic plans & objectives
Develop integrated marketing plans from product launches, promotions and media engagement to grow and build brand leadership
Develop & Lead digital & social media strategies to increase brand engagement
Develop & drive brand merchandising guidelines & adhered across all different retail channel distribution
Manage brand A&P, P&L, forecasting and optimize brand investments
Be “hands on“ and independently lead the brand by working closely with cross functional teams from sales team, finance and operations to achieve brand objectives
Great interpersonal & communication skills
