We are looking currently for Italian, German,
Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch and Swedish-speaking Retention Specialist FX Sales
for a client based in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main responsibilities:
• Regular contact with our existing clients
• Ensure the highest level of Customer Service
• Maintain and update our CRM
• Work with clients to engage in FX opportunities
• Follow up on any client matters
• Relationship management
• Liaising with relevant teams to ensure quality service delivery
• Regularly report to management
• Retain existing clients
Main Requirements:
• Demonstrated work experience in Client Retention and Forex Sales
• Solid Sales experience (Foreign Exchange preferred)
• Fluency in Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish or German
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
Benefits
- Accommodation up to 600 Euro or shared apartment with cleaning
- The basic salary that we offer per candidate per month is around
1.100 - 1.800 Euro (depending on the language)
- Including bonus, this could go up to 5k
- Shared car or if you want to rent a car alone of up to 150 Euro per
month
- up to 250 Euro monthly for utilities
- 4 flights per year
