Role Purpose

The Account Manager Digital Media​ is responsible for managing existing accounts and cross-selling services to the firm's clients across the APAC region. As part of this, they are accountable for the experience clients have utilized the firm's products and services. You will analyze and help create retargeting campaigns that will help your clients achieve their goals and enable them to grow their business through online channels.

With a strong digital​ ​and customer focus, this role​ will support new and existing clients. You will lead the onboarding of new clients and work closely with their marketing and digital teams on understanding the products and services the firm offers.

You will need to be bilingual in either English/Bahasa or English/Vietnamese or English/Japanese to be successful in this role and work with a variety of clients in this role, travel will be involved on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities

manage campaigns for existing clients, maximizing target goals and results;
communicate with customers via telephone or email, in line with company standards and processes;
respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
provide information resources regarding the company’s services and products;
assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
obtain, review and process customer orders;
develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
Requirements:

bilingual in either English/Bahasa or English/Vietnamese or English/Japanese
experience (2-4 years) in managing online advertising campaigns for Clients;
relevant experience in Customer-facing roles or Customer Service required;
excellent knowledge of Excel/Google spreadsheets;
knowledge of Google Analytics;
strong analytical thinking;
ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data;
ability to get things done and communicate in a teamwork environment;
self-motivated with high a drive to manage processes end-to-end;
detail-oriented with respect for thoroughness;
excellent communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English;
knowledge of Adobe Analytics;
familiar with retargeting and performance marketing
understanding of e-commerce and online advertising markets in the APAC Region (good to have);
experience working in online environments (preferably e-commerce) or in the APAC region.
